At Posh Makeup Studio and Academy, we strive to provide excellent services and education to our clients and students. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services and courses.

1. Makeup and Beauty Services

  • All makeup and beauty service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns on the same day of service.
  • Prepaid service packages may be refunded only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to an administrative fee.

2. Academy Courses and Training Programs

  • Course enrollment fees are non-refundable once the course begins.
  • If you wish to withdraw from a course, please notify us at least one week before the start date to be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes or if a student fails to attend without prior notice.
  • Exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies) may be considered for partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentation.

3. Payment and Cancellations

  • All payments for services and courses must be made in full before the service or course commencement.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment or class to be eligible for rescheduling without additional fees.
